Fraser Press’s relative youth in an industry dominated by long-serving salespeople is refreshing. In his nineth year as a real estate salesperson with the high-performing Bayleys Wellington commercial and industrial team, Fraser has earned his stripes with his successes regularly placing him among Bayleys’ "Top Achievers" nationwide.

Determined to show his clients that he can deliver on the undertakings he gives them, Fraser’s strong work ethic and intelligent approach to real estate consistently sees him achieve great results - to the extent that much of his business today comes from referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients – the ultimate compliment in a competitive industry.

Having a savvy marketing and valuation head, Fraser is able to focus his clients’ property exposure in the areas that have the most impact and then follow-through on all enquiry to ensure the deal gets negotiated across the line with all parties comfortable with the outcome.

Fraser always has transactions he is working on whether they are small 100m² warehouses / offices to multi-million dollar add value or blue chip investment properties. Day to day Fraser predominantly focuses on Thorndon, Kaiwharawhara, Ngauranga, Grenada and the Hutt Valley regions.

While the property market has changed Fraser has also adapted to this change to provide his clients with solutions and options. Any sized transaction is treated the same as Fraser knows it is the result that counts.

Outside of the work environment Fraser enjoys challenges and achievements. In 2010 he completed the Speights Coast to Coast One Day World Multisport Race in 13 hours and 25 minutes.

Other interests and passions include: mountain biking, motor cycling, skiing, diving, fishing, kayaking and golf, to name a few.

Overall Fraser is truly passionate about his job and considers it a lifestyle as opposed to employment.
