Fraser always has transactions he is working on whether they are small 100m² warehouses / offices to multi-million dollar add value or blue chip investment properties. Day to day Fraser predominantly focuses on Thorndon, Kaiwharawhara, Ngauranga, Grenada and the Hutt Valley regions.
While the property market has changed Fraser has also adapted to this change to provide his clients with solutions and options. Any sized transaction is treated the same as Fraser knows it is the result that counts.
Outside of the work environment Fraser enjoys challenges and achievements. In 2010 he completed the Speights Coast to Coast One Day World Multisport Race in 13 hours and 25 minutes.
Other interests and passions include: mountain biking, motor cycling, skiing, diving, fishing, kayaking and golf, to name a few.
Overall Fraser is truly passionate about his job and considers it a lifestyle as opposed to employment.
